Strategic Planning

Strategic planning determines where a company is forecasted to go over a set period of time, the specific ways it will try to get to that point, and the ability to measure its success in getting there.

There are a variety of approaches in strategic planning. The deciding factor on choosing the approach rests largely on the nature of the company’s leadership, its culture, its environment, its size, as well as the planners’. Such strategic planning models our company strives on can be goals-based, issues-based, or organic.

Goals-based planning begins with focus on the company’s mission, goals to strive toward the mission, strategies to achieve the goals, and action planning;

Issues-based strategic planning observes issues facing the organization, strategies to address those issues, and action plans.

Organic strategic planning illustrates the organization's vision and values, and involves establishing an action plan to realize the vision, while being loyal to those values.

We will work side by side with you in order to weigh your options and choose the model that fits your needs best.
